Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council
The mission of the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council, Inc., is
(a) To establish a business league or association of persons interested in effective and efficient
representation of persons or entities in Bankruptcy Court proceedings.
(b) To promote the efficient administrative of the laws and procedures applicable to Bankruptcy Court proceedings.
(c) To promote and provide opportunities for the continuing legal education for its members.
(d) To maintain and improve the quality of the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Bar.
